"I love this pediatrician office. Yes they are busy and there can be a wait sometimes but over all we love Dr McWarter . It’s easy to ask for refill for my son’s medicine and anytime I send a message I usually get a response pretty quick."

"Average waiting time is OVER an hour. I waited 1.5 hours to see a doctor for 6 months check up today. It’s not just this time. We’ve been there for 3 times and it always takes over an hour for simple checkup appointments. They always say the same thing ‘We are so backed up’ If you already know the doctors can’t see the patients within limited time, why would you put us on tight schedule? You should respect other people’s time, especially when we are with babies. We also had 2 cancellations without any explanation (doctor’s personal issues) right before the appointment and had to wait few weeks to reschedule."

"We moved to a different town two hours away and found a fantastic pediatric office. The new pediatrician cannot see my children until they have their records. The new pediatrician has faxed over a records request twice. Rivertown claimed they faxed the records October 13th. Those records were never received. I called Rivertown and made sure they had the correct fax number and they said they were putting in the request for transfer. These request can apparently take 30 days ... It's now 11/20 and the new office still does not have my children's records. My children cannot be seen unless they have the records so for two months we've had to go to urgent care for basic pediatric issues like an ear infection or upper respiratory issues. The back and forth is so unprofessional and really blows my mind that this process has been so difficult."

"This has to be the worst doctors office in Columbus. The staff at Rivertown really make the doctors look bad. I have 4 children who come to this doctors office due to their original doctor moving to Atlanta. This place never picks up the phone when you call, if you leave a voicemail they do not return your calls, 9/10 they have an attitude IF you do get them on the phone. I have also been put on hold for longer than 25 minutes and when the receptionist returned I asked to speak with the office manager but wasn’t allowed to. If you send messages through the portal they do not respond. And these aren’t medical questions being sent! At first, it wasn’t too bad. It would take them a few days to respond to the portal messages since they don’t pick up the phone but now it’s as if they do not respond at all! These people are working just like parents do, and me or my husband having to take time off of work to go up there is very inconvenient because not only do we take time off work for our children’s appts, but now have to take time off work to get the assistance needed from the doc office! Being that I have 4 children and one being 13, I have never experienced this at a doctors office. I really hope they can get it together as I’m already in the search for a new provider for my children. I would like to add, the providers have been decent, no complaints. But the staff is awful; those who pick up the phones and return messages through the portal. The staff is the face of the business and can really ruin things for the people who are actually doing what they are supposed to be."

"Wow , This pediatric facility is superb. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. The facility itself is built with the kids in mind , with so many games to keep the little ones busy while waiting for the doctor. We saw nurse practitioner Jessica; she was attentive, informative, kind , and answered all our concerns . Moreover, I recently moved and needed to transfer my records from Florida, the staff helped me even though our doctor was unresponsive. Working together we were able to have the records forwarded and an appointment scheduled within a few days. This was such a relief . Thank you, so glad I found this place !"
