Hobbit American Grill

"This place is one of the worst places I've visited in a while as far as the food and drinks. The wings tasted old as if they were cooked earlier and refried to serve. Please do not serve the public this disgusting wings. I usually go to the Hobbit's on Crawfordville Rd and their wings taste fresh. What is the issue with this location. Also, the Margarita was awful. I wasted $36 on food that I left on the table. Food is a negative 1"

"I would not recommend this place based on the service/ staff alone. The food was good and so maybe a decent place for take out but the asinine "table policy" and rude staff had my sister walk out of dinner. I brought my kids and sister for dinner but told her I'd not be buying alcohol- but the staff refused to let her start her own tab at the bar then refused to split our bill. They then proceeded to charge us a large party gratuity fee of 20% on a table of 5! I'm generally a generous tipper of 20%or more if the service is deserving but they definitely are not deserving of 20%, by any means."

"Food here is good for the price. When the mood strikes, Hobbit is my go to. Have been here several times and the food has been good each time. I have no complaints about the food by any means. However, words to the wise, unless you want to wait for the bartender to walk right by you and not acknowledge your presence, you constantly having to flag them down for literally anything, and be given the coldest attitude, do NOT sit at the bar. Literally, any of the servers are better than all of the bartenders combined. There were two of them behind the bar and we had to beg for more drinks and food, only to be given attitude."

"Overall food was good, service was slow. This place has a bar and also tables with plenty of tvs with games on to watch. Relaxed atmosphere. Saturday night and it was kind of busy. No wait time. We sat ourselves at a table. We ordered our food and we waited a long time for our dinner. Any time we needed a refill of our beer or even water, we had to remind the wait staff a couple times. The appetizer came out quick. The wait staff knew about half of the answers to the questions we asked about the food. The food! The candied Jalapeño dip was outstanding! It came with warmed pita bread that was soft and crispy. I had the boneless wings 10 for 12.99 with the garnet & gold sauce (Carolina gold bbq and Buffalo sauce). Also ordered was the Hawaiian burger. The burger was small and smaller than the bun."

"If it was possible to give this establishment 0 stars I would . The disrespect in presentation was far beyond what I would’ve expected. The young women on the phone who was taking order was speaking as though she was a friend of mine she seen in the street ,which on a regular day I wouldn’t mind but today it was overly excessive and I truly just wanted my order taken . So i initially wanted lemon pepper hot and honey garlic Parmesan but as soon as I mentioned the honey Parmesan she stopped me by saying “oh we don’t got that you mean garlic Parmesan?” In such a idiotic tone I just responded with a simple “ yes” and was told to come pick up the meal in 15 minutes. When I opened the box of food I couldn’t Believe it the garlic Parmesan was regular naked chicken and shredded cheese on top … absolutely no effort into the presentation and to make matters worse the taste of the chicken itself absolutely disgusting no flavor no seasoning absolutely nothing . I definitely will not be returning and would not recommend."
