"The staff were friendly enough, but the manager was downright rude when I asked to get pickles that weren't the gross looking ones on top. That brings me to the food. Half of it looked rotten. I ended up with a very sparse sandwich."

"My husband and I went in to have a sandwich and we had a coupon. The woman spoke to us very rudely and lied about her restaurant accepting coupons. We had checked the corporate website and verified that the restaurant was one that did take the coupons. Her attitude towards us wasn't warranted because we had decided to still get sandwiches but her negative, hostile attitude turned me right around."

"Perfect place for a sub, chips, & a side of hair. The disgusting woman who made my sandwich allowed her hair to touch not only the cutting board they rub your sandwich all over but also the inside of my sandwich. There’s nothing i love more than a Turkey sandwich with a load of hair laid out on top of it. She didn’t even apologize or offer to remake the sandwich after i asked her to remove her dirty, disgusting, red hair off my sub. I rarely say I’m never coming back somewhere but this is a subway I’ll never come back to. Especially with the owners 3 feet away & not doing anything ab their employee giving out free hair with all the subs"

"Love this place. The staff is very patient and kind despite some rude customers heckling them at times about coupons when I've been. They are always trying to make things right if something goes wrong. Plus they redid the interior of the building and it looks super clean and cool. The area the shop is in isn't super safe, but that's outside of this location's control. When you're inside the Subway you feel safe and the music is great."
