"People were up under the awning at the front doors yelling and parting with their redneck radio blaring at 11:30pm. Only after I complained the front desk said they told them to be quiet but they didn’t. Management should have protocols in place for noisy people and paying customers shouldn’t have to put up with it either."

"My mother and father recently stayed here as they were in Albany attending a funeral. During the funeral service my mother received a phone call from the front desk staff who claimed to be the “manager” stating that they were past their check out time and needed to come retrieve their items otherwise their personal belongings would be removed from the room. My mom proceeded to inform the “manager” that she paid for 2 nights and confirmed that upon arrival and also had the banking and booking information. The “manager” then proceeded to have a very ugly attitude and started speaking to my mother very rudely. So of course in turn my mother was upset and began talking to her the way she was speaking to my mother even after REALIZING she was wrong about the booking information and blamed the house keeping staff. How do you work from the front desk and handle check ins but blame your house keeping staff for booking information? Yeah. She then hung up on my mother and continued to hang up as my mother called back to explain that she had paid for 2 nights. When my mother and father both called to ask for her name all she could give was “I’m the manager” no name what so ever. So to whoever worked the front desk Saturday 11/11 please educate yourself on proper customer service educate and also verify details before you call a customer and start yelling at them to remove their belongings from their room. My family was going through a very upsetting and troubling time and your attitude and nasty demeanor was not needed. I would recommend staying somewhere where the staff treats you with respect, this place is not it. If I could rate this place zero I would."

"The room was a nice size and very clean. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of hot and cold options. The desk clerks were friendly, and the location was close to other businesses, which made it very convenient for us to go get gas and food."
