"As soon as i walked in, they refused to take our order at the register and directed us to the kiosk even though there was nobody in the store or in the drive thru. My food was utterly disgusting, as well as the sorry excuse of a coffee that they gave me. I basically paid for absolutely no food or drink. Thank you Wendy’s, I will not return to this location for anything."
"Yall are not for customer service. All other places serve coffee all day, but you can't serve your frosty cold brew after breakfast because you stop making coffee. Ridiculous. And then we go at breakfast to get one, it's on the menu, but tell us you don't have them. You have lost my business. Customer satisfaction is dead."
"I ordered online & went to pick up my food in drive thru as usual. I was told I have to come inside to get my order. I am disabled & could not go inside so I asked for a refund. I always pick up in drive thru. They then told me to park & I waited about 20 minutes for my food. If your disabled, I would scratch this discriminatory location of your list. After waiting so long, my sandwiches were horrible, I should of stuck with my refund."
"Okay, today was the 3rd time I've been to this Wendy's and it's the last straw. First time going for the "hot and crispy" fries- they were greasy and soggy. Second time, we went for 2 strawberry frosties. The drive through line was super long, so I went inside. There were workers all over, but NO ONE at the front register. The couple in front of me left, and one other guy (bless his heart) powered through standing in front of the registers for about 20 mins. No one even acknowledged us! Insane. I ended up going back to the car, ordering online using the app, and no one brought my stuff to the curbside pickup for orders. I had to walk back in and ask them to get my stuff, which they immediately did, but only after I flagged someone down. This morning, was hoping 3x's a charm. Completely empty drive thru. Ordered French toast sticks, which I've been looking forward to since they were announced. Pulled up, ordered, and waited so long. Like, I used to work in fast food. I know how long it takes to fry stuff. This took an absurd amount of time. When we got them, I had to roll down our windows because they REEKED of oil. It stunk so bad. I took one bite of each stick before deciding I was going to be sick from the sheer amount of oil on them. They didn't even taste like egg or bread. Just oil. So nasty! Avoid this Wendy's like the plague."
"Great Wendy’s restaurant at this location. I used the drive through, it was just after the dinner rush. There was one car in front of me and it took no time at all to place my order drive up pay for it and pick it up at the next window. The staff was friendly, courteous and very professional they were quick to give me everything that was in my order. My food was fresh and the appropriate temperature for the items I ordered. I have no complaints. Job well done putting my order together and getting me on my way."
