"I have been going here for years and never really had any problems. Last week, I ordered 3 pizzas that were horrible! I called that night to complain to the manager. I spoke to a nice young man who promised to make all 3 pizzas over. He said he'd put the credit in the system. I placed the order 2 days later and went for pick up. When I arrived, the manager, Ginger, told me she could only credit 2 pizzas. I told her that's not what I was promised because all 3 were burned, dry, horrible taking, yet wet underneath. Instead of honoring what the other manager said, she was rude and said that's all she'd do. I told her I didn't want any and I'd make a complaint because it's not what I was promised. And that they'd just lost me as a longtime customer because of her. She didn't care. So besides this review, I will continue to escalate this because I don't like to waste money, and that's what that horrible experience was. She didn't listen to her customers' needs, although she said she was there the night the other manager promised me. And that's not satisfactory. If he'd mistaken and she was there and corrected him before he finished his promise to me...I wouldn't have been this adamant. But if you promise something and do something else...that's horrible customer service. Henceforth, my review of this location doesn't even deserve a ⭐️."

"For the customer service experience alone , this place deserves a zero I don't know if the girl at the window needs more training or maybe she should work in the back but having it her at the window being disrespectful to the customers, you guys are not gonna get any good reviews. The girl at the window of this location on this very day, 2/10 2024, is 1 of the root is most disrespectful. People i've ever had to deal with when it comes to customer service. You start by allowing me to pay for food and then tell me that it was given away. You tell me to pull up and that it will take me fifteen minutes to get my new pizza. then I ask you for a drink while I wait, and your response is "for free." While you're going back-and-forth about whether or not you can give me a drink or not, a man comes behind you and hands you a pizza, and you hand it to me. I asked you if that's my pizzaand you say yeah, I mean, I don't know. I guess and I wanna know if this is my pizza, or is this someone else's pizza that you're giving away like you did the original one. Your response is do you want this pizza or not. You were extremely rude and disrespectful and slammed the window in my face. If you don't know how to communicate or if you don't like your job don't work there. Find somewhere else to work. Don't let your frustrations and your inabilities to have a job that you would prefer to go to add on me when all I am is a patron"

"My wait time was a little over an hour for wings and a personal pan. The wings was half cooked and the pizza was under done. I was told over and over again my food was coming. Then I was told that a lot of orders was making my wait time so long. I was the only order for carry out at the time. This was very disappointing to me. After a long hard day at work I just wanted good food. I did not get what I paid for at all."

"Unfortunately they don't deliver to me so I had to go pick this up. Definitely wasn't worth the drive. Pizza was okay. Over sauced in some areas and no sauce in others"

"I ordered a medium pizza, a new melt thingy, and cheese sticks and all of it arrived crushed and cold and all of it tasted like cinnamon sugar. I called to address the situation and am currently on hold as I type this and have been on hold 34 mins. Nothing from anyone. Highly unsatisfied with everything. And nothing is done about anything. Customer service is literally dead."
