"This Kroger is not my favorite but they are the largest and closest in my area. I do pickup often and never had a big problem. Make sure to check that your items are being worked on and select you are otw before arriving. I've only had to wait an extra 10 minutes one time. The store is super spread out so you are not on top of people. That's the best part. Carts definitely need an upgrade. And a cleaning crew to deep clean all areas of the store."
