Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"I ordered a 6 piece honey bbq wing combo to go. When I got home, and after I ate half the chicken I found 2 hairs on the piece of chicken I was eating. I took it back to Popeyes to show them. Everyone looked at each other like they didn't know what to do. The manager came out and looked at me like I was stupid with a straight face like I was wrong. She then walks away without saying anything then brings me back $5. I said I wanted it replaced, she told me to get in line. Worst customer service ever."

"Chicken was DRY!!! Not over cooked, just very, very dry from sitting all evening. Could tell the staff could care less about delivering at least standard product to Popeyes customers. Everything from food to satisfaction was a complete failure. Why are you even open?"

"Worst experience ever. The staff looked clueless. I ordered online for pick up and I still had to wait 40 minutes. The order was all wrong and half of it was missing. We have family members with shrimp allergies, and two shrimps were in my father in law fries. The staff acted like I was an inconvenience. Never again. Don’t go there. Also the inside was dirty. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I went through the drive thru. I ordered an 8 piece meal. When I got home, I opened my box of chicken and saw the tiniest pieces of chicken I had ever seen. The Mac was dry. The chicken was nasty. I called the manager and she was happy to make me more. No thank you. I don't trust having food remade. Due to retaliation. If the manager was good at your job or cared about what she was serving out the door, she would have never allowed anyone to be served that size chicken. Or dry macaroni and cheese. Food was not fresh. Dry and tiny. I paid over 26 dollars for this? I will never again come here. Who's fault is this? The owners for purchasing a cheap product or the staff that doesn't care who they rip off. I felt like my hard earned money was stolen from me. I work hard for my money and there was no sense in cheating people out of their money. This owner needs to close this restaurant. Their staff lays all over the counter. Can't stay off their cell phones, serves cheap, unconsumable products and does nothing to satisfy his and her customers. This is everyone's fault that works at this Popeyes. Shut it down. If you have any questions about why I say shut it down, get on here and read all of the terrible, god-awful reviews on your restaurant. And.... your parking lot is trashy. Clean it up!"
