"Me and my family stayed at this location for 2 weeks while we house hunted and closed. Jay at the front desk is a blessing. He's a humble down to earth kind of guy. Amazing customer service. The cleaning lady is not the kindest. Overly pushy and she overstepped and accused us of not paying for the dogs. The breakfast is down and they said they aren't bringing it back. The ice machine was broken. If you want to do a wash and dry it will cost you $10 for both. We saw a few roaches but normal for a motel. Clean smelling. The rooms are spaced nicely. They permitted a griddle in our room to cook on that we brought."

"I stayed at the place for awhile and it wasn't bad. The rooms were decent and clean when I got there. Only issues I had was the shower drain was draining slow and the sink to but they fixed it once I let them know. The staff was nice and very pleasant to speak it."

"Rented a room for my brother and his wife for 4 nights. This is the most disgusting unprofessional place I've ever seen. The only person who seems to do his job is the young man who works the day shift. This place should be condemned. Roach infested rooms. No house keeping to speak of. The room was dirty when they got there and if I could have gotten my money back I would have. The tub was filthy, we aren't sure they even had clean linen. Only gave them clean towels once and then only gave one. The city county or who ever needs to address this businesses practices they surely are not up to code. This place doesn't even need a rating because it's already in a negative status. If you need a room spend the few extra dollars and get something decent. The girl on night shift is a pathetic employee who want get off her rear to do her job. I guess it's true your employees you hire say a lot about your business. Run away don't rent from this place"

"Great price so I checked in. The gentlemen who was there at 7pm on 11/18.23 was very pleasant. But when I got to the room, it went downhill quickly. I opened the bathroom door and one roach scurried across the floor. 'Maybe that was a beetle' I thought. But no, I looked under the seat and I could see roach poop in the corner. Left, another roach on the counter. Returned again, and another roach. I was 7 or 8 roaches in before I realized that it's not "nature" or outside bugs you see on a trail. NO! My room had roaches. When I complained about the roaches & asked for help, the front desk clerk lady did not seem surprised & did not move with urgency to remedy the situation. I was shocked that she didn't apologize and immediately offer to change rooms. She came and sprayed though. But when I returned to the room and smelled the strong fumes, I decided to ask for a room change. Plus I didn't want the roaches to get inside my luggage. But the clerk refused to change my room due to her speculation that the manager "would not let her do it'. I made a suggestion about what she could say but despite my calm and helpful demeanor, she refused to be helpful me. Then I revealed that I do have a disability and showed her my service dog and that the whole disgusting roach affair was triggering. Then I insisted that she get her manager on the phone - she only conceded *after the manager told that she should indeed move me now. She didn't help me transition to another room and she didn't check the other room first before giving me the new key. Difficult, unsympathetic employee and ROACHES are not acceptable."
