"I am here at the airport in Atlanta and was just denied entry with my first class ticket, but not offered any alternatives other than being turned away. What abt a day pass? Or did I just "look" like someone not worthy or able to afford it? Is there a flagship lounge? Nothing except humiliation was offered to me, not even an apology or information on becoming a member. Your desk people's customer services training need help. I'll never pay for a first class ticket on American again."

"Great experience at the American Airlines Lounge in Atlanta. Busy on Thursday at 2 pm but tons of seating options and many different rooms. All inclusive food and drinks that were refreshed often and an extra menu for additional items made to order. It is very comfortable and is a good place to work with WiFi and amenities. Thank you to Sheila and Vanessa, who made our long wait at the airport very enjoyable!"
