"WOW! My mind is blown. I needed an emergency passport and these folks and the businesses around them are the epitome of Southern hospitality. I was in and missing 1 document and they worked with me and as soon as the document arrived via email, printed it (thanks FedEx next door, super friendly there too), handed it in, and ZOOM! In and out. The whole process with all the documents was like 10-15 mins. And I get to pick up my physical passport later that day! Everyone was smiling, kind and understanding. "Everything in this agency is very well in order, quick, helpful, courteous, and professionally served. Requested a passport card, which is expected to be mailed within three weeks. Stayed in Courtland grand hotel to catch an early morning appointment, parked overnight at International Parking (192 Peachtree Center Ave NE) for less than 24 hours (4 pm - 3 pm $20) - everything was within 8-minute walking distance. Returned at 2:30 pm for passport pick up. For an 8:30 am appointment, show up early at 7:45 am, they will let you in and complete everything by 8:30 am!"

"This was the smoothest process ever! I called two weeks before and got an appointment for the day before my travel. My appointment was at 7:30am and I got there at 6:15( you don’t have to get there as early as I did if you have a 7:30) but I was the very first in line when they opened. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Make sure you have a copy of your documents just in case. Pick up was at 2:30. I arrived at 2:15. I was in the building by exactly 2:30 on the 10th floor. I was out with my passport in hand close to 3pm. What I did that helped me was read the reviews. When you call to schedule , they do not tell you that pick up is in the afternoon. The person behind me had to miss/reschedule his 1pm flight because he wasn’t aware. They do not make any Exceptions so please plan accordingly once you get your appointment"
