"Security is okay but the staff inside are some of the rudest most miserable employees ever. They hate their job and they wanna make it everyone's problem they're childish and petty. Idk who is in charge of staff but someone needs to teach them about being professionals and actually doing their job. The number listed to call for questions needs to be updated because no one ever picks up and there's no follow up to your call. Literally the worst experience ever not sure why any of the people on staff are even working there. They're jaded and unhelpful."
"All day deal, be prepared to wait 4+ hours - either inside or outside. All day parking in a parking lot is $12 -cash or card- and is right across the street. Would not recommend the street parking bc there’s a 2 hour limit. Only do street parking if you KNOW you’ll be there for less than 2 hours, which is highly UNLIKELY. Update: there’s a parking lot further up Ted Turner that’s $5 for all day parking, it’s only 3 blocks from the immigration office"
"My husband comes to this facility typically every six months .The experience generally consists of arriving at 8:00 in the morning, being misdirected into the wrong room where you sit for over an hour until you're told that you're in the wrong room, then going to the RIGHT room where you sit for another 2 or 3 hours while the staff stands around talking to one another and calling one person's name every 20 or 30 minutes into the room for a conversation that lasts all about 5 minutes. Outside where the families wait for their loved ones to finish you can see women with babies in their arms standing in a long line outside the door waiting hours for their turn to get INTO the building so that they can wait muliple other hours SITTING in the building until the staff decides that they've had enough time chatting and will begin doing the bare minimum of their job in getting these people processed and seen. It's an unbearable outrage to the people who are at the mercy of their lack of integrity and care. I have been here for mearly four hours now waiting on my husband to be finished and am appalled at the treatment of the immigrants who have no choice but to come here ."
"-5 stars “My Platform centers around economic and racial justice. The policies of this country have been structured, deliberately, to ensure that a certain class of people will continue to thrive and certain class of people will continue to not” #ChingaLaMigra #AbolishICE"
