Reviews
"I always receive courteous, prompt service at CVS, whether I’m making a purchase or getting RX refills. As a customer service, value added employee, I appreciate when I get service equivalent to or exceeding my expect"
"By far the WORST cvs . Not only are they rude but they do not care about people who need meds . I rushed my order 3 days ago and when I called because I had not received an email. They said it will be ready close to closing time ."
"They were out of stock on my meds that I have been taking for 4 months. It seems like they would keep up with their meds better than that. Some people, like me have to take 3-4 of the pills a day. I just think they should have keep enough for their regular customers."
"DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They do not answer the phone! For customers OR FOR THE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS trying to call in Perscriptions. Waited on hold two days, two hours each day. Shame on them and CVS! With this lack of service, someone could go without their medication and suffer serious consequences or worse. Fire the entire pharmacy staff. Even another CVS I contacted couldn’t get through to them."
"We received seizure medication that was twice the mg’s than my daughter takes. So glad I caught it before I gave it to her. I spent over 30 minutes on hold when I called, and was told to just bring it back and they would switch it for the correct tablet. They didn’t seem concerned about the mistake. Last month, CVS shorted this prescription by 20 tablets, so I feel they’re making too many errors. Perhaps they should implement a second set of eyes on their prescriptions to double check. I realize we’re human and we do make mistakes, but when you’re dealing with medication, these mistakes can cause life threatening problems."
