"Disappointed in their way of conducting business. I called to get a quote after describing my dog in detail, and letting them know that this would be his first groom. I was told it would be between $60-90 tops. My budget was for 90-100$ so I was sold and excited to work with them. I was told that would be for a light trim, wash and brushout and nail filing if they can. My dog came out, trimmed more than I expected, but I think it looked good given that this was my first dog grooming experience. It seemed a bit more fluffy than what I had in mind. I was told it would take three hours. It took about 4 and a half. When I came to pick him up, they told me it would be $130 total and I let them know that was not what I was quoted over the phone. I got the runaround for all the reasons why it was that price. Additionally, my dog was parched and I don’t think he had any water during his time there. I will not be returning. I don’t appreciate them not being willing to negotiate the price further and stay true to what they quoted me. Let alone make sure my dog was hydrated. If I knew it would’ve been $130 I would’ve gone to a more upscale salon in the city and do a specialty cut ."

"Our Husky grands loved having their spa day today. Willis and Willa Grace look great; from their bath, blown out under coats and nail grinding mani/pedi’s not to mention they smell fabulous !! Definitely found our grooming/spa place for our beloved blue eyed sweet boy and lady. Thanks bunches !!"

I feel very comfortable leaving them for their grooming appointments and they are always excited to go for their SPA DAY with Shauna.
