"Is this pharmacy closed for good? I've noticed that lately it has been closed more often than normal in the middle of the day."

"People are nice. But...Digital coupons for pharmacy )and pften others) don't work. 1800 Krogers says they take care of things (after three calls and an hour and a half on the phone...and not for the first time) and apparently didnt- went in to use my coupon (transfer a script, get $50 of groceries) and found the telephone customer service made it 50 CENTS after all that. Store manager got on the phone at that point with corporate, who also told her they'd take care of it. She told me she would call me when it was taken care of. .four days later I still haven't heard from her. Switching to Piblix or Ingles-"

"Went to the pharmacy at 1:15 and they were closed for lunch. I had my autistic son with me, so I couldn’t wait. Went back to the store in the evening. Got in line and there were two people at the computer and one lady getting her prescription. The pharmacist turns to me and said we’re closed. I asked if they close early on Saturdays, she said at 6. I looked at the time and it showed 6:01. I asked if I still can’t get my prescription since I’m in line and she told me to come back tomorrow. I think that was insensitive, exact and unkind of her."

"Prescription was called in around 930am and called at 740pm to see if they had it because I wasn’t contacted saying it was filled. When I called they said they are still working on it. So now I have to wait until tomorrow to take medicine my doctor told me to start taking today."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. We just moved to the area and I chose this pharmacy because of the convenience to my home. They have the worst customer service and the staff is extremely rude. My doctor called in a prescription at 11 a.m. on a Monday. I called Tuesday morning at 9:30 to see if it was ready and they told me it was in process. I went to the pharmacy at 2 p.m. to pick it up and they told me it wasn't ready. I told them I called this morning and they told me it would be ready. The lady asked me if I actually spoke to a person! Yes, I spoke to a person. Also, I have been on the same prescription for 6 months with monthly refills and just found out that this entire time they have been charging me the cash price and NEVER ONCE billed my insurance for my prescriptions. I spoke to the pharmacy manager and heard one excuse after the other. I have transferred ALL of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and will never go back."
