"We can't give this place enough praise. Brought our German Shepherd that has severe ptsd, anxiety and aggression. They helped us throughout the whole process and treated him just as they would any other pup, even with his difficulty. These ladies are by far the sweetest! Our stress was thru the roof even booking this neuter appointment. As soon as we walked in, they helped with him, even offering string cheese! The stress went away immediately! The environment is so peaceful.They were all very helpful with questions we had and the entire process. Took great care of our big boy. Highly recommend, hands down!"

"I called ahead of time to see if I could pick up my cat early (around 3:30). The receptionist told me that that would be fine. I left to get him, realized I left the carrier, had to turn around to get it, and left again. I ended up arriving around 4. I watched person after person come in, check out, and immediately recieve their animal. After waiting half an hour I was told that I couldn't get him until 5 since he was the last cat on their schedule that day. I waited an HOUR to get my cat. If I had shown up at 3:30 I would have waited even longer. I am beyond pissed that these people can't get it together and tell me the right time. This was absolutely unacceptable. My first time here and my experience was ruined."

"We took our 10 month old border collie here to get sprayed & chipped. We dropped her off at 8am ..there were very kind to her and help us with any question we had. Because they give us a low cost spraying as you read on there web site. They ask for donations of products & supplies to help them. This part is very important too. So please give with your ❤️. Picked up Riley at 5 and the healing process started. She healed great and doing wonderful. We’re 16 days out . Thank you all at the clinic for your volunteer time."
