Publix Pharmacy at Holland Point

"Always get my meds from here. If you use the system where it text you when your meds are ready you shouldn’t have to worry about anything. Majority of the staff are genuinely nice, haven’t ran into any bad eggs. Overall very good experience, have nothing bad to say."

"They are so rude at this pharmacy totally different from other Publix pharmacies. After asking for help finding a medicine and given directions I had to ask again because I could not find it and the second time I asked I was completely ignored."

"I agree with what others have said about the male associate being rude. I called and spoke with him and he told me my meds would be ready in an hour. I drove there 2.5 hours later and he told me it would be another 30 minutes before I could get it. The ladies that work there are nice. I’ll be going to a different pharmacy after I get this last medication. Update: The same male associate admitted to my husband that he didn’t bother to look to see if they had my medication in stock when I called earlier—that it would be 2 days before I could get my meds from that location. I called the store manager the next day to let him know what happened. He assured me he would call me back after watching the footage. It's been almost a week and I still haven't heard back from the store manager."

"Some of the staff are great (all the ladies have been very nice) but some are really not friendly at all. One guy who works there has been very strange and kind of rude to both me and my mother on several separate occasions. It’s like he doesn’t like the way I said my name or something. He also gave advice for medication that was contrary to what the pharmacist said after I asked to speak to her because what he told me didn’t make sense. Honestly even though the drive through is convenient and the ladies are nice I’m going to look for a new pharmacy because I don’t have the energy for rude experiences for no reason when life is hard and stressful enough as is when my children and I don’t feel good."

"This pharmacy has overall been great. But the last few times I needed prescriptions filled for acute issues it took over two hours to fill and they haven't had syringes for a long time. Today they called to tell me they didn't have a medication and would not call around to find it for me. They asked me to do it which I did and when I called back they refused to transfer my prescription to the new pharmacy. They said they misspoke and the new pharmacy has to call them to get it. So I called new pharmacy and they said that is incorrect. The original pharmacy has to call the new pharmacy to transfer the rx. Run around. Understaffed and poor customer service."
