You can't rush things that take time. If you're in a rush, it feels like forever. It's easy to blame them. We come with attitude to the window, and expect them to eat our attitude and still put on a smile. No. Be courteous. See how things change."

"Kerry ( one of the pharmacist) has been awesome, everytime I have picked up a prescription or have questions about meds he has been very attentive even when they are super busy he takes a minute to do a check on my health progress. Thank you!"

"I give this CVS one star only because it’s the closest to my house. Otherwise, the people working in the pharmacy won’t even look at you or acknowledge that you’re standing there—as if customers are invisible because they are busy. I understand that they are busy, but someone could at least speak and acknowledge that they see you waiting! And, I’m not the only one who complains about this—and the fact that they are often out of medications that are not rare—like someone is not on top of maintaining inventory. Once it took almost a month to get lancets that diabetics use to check blood sugar level. Another time they are out of other prescriptions that people regularly use! Somebody in line behind me was complaining because they didn’t have pain medicine available to fill a prescription for someone who recently had surgery."

"Just moved to the area and unfortunately selected this pharmacy. I have called and asked for two requests since transferring here: call my doctor for a new prescription/refill and hold my prescriptions 1 day longer than the typical 2 week period. I was assured both would be done and they managed to do neither. Incompetent is an understatement."

"Horrible customer service, the only reason I used them was for the drive thru. Twice this week they have requested refills early which prompted a call from my doctor. They do not normally fill the same day, they don’t give accurate estimates, and they, 70%of the pharmacy staff, are some of the most hateful individuals I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with!"
