Burger King

"Ordered a breakfast meal. The menu clearly states, " small coffee with all meals". When the manager gave me my food, I asked if coffee came with it, and she told me no. I've ordered the exact same meal several times over the past couple of months, and it always came with coffee."

"Honestly the worst burger king I've ever been to and that is saying a lot. It hasn't changed in years. It doesn't matter if there is 1 car or 10 cars in line, you're still waiting a half hour for your food... And they'll still forget an item. So make sure you check your bag before you pull off. Also the nickel and diming for sauces is ridiculous. Makes y'all look sooooooo broke."

"We ordered via the app yesterday but were unable to find a kids meal to add to our order, so I placed the order online and figured that I would order the kids meal once we arrived at the location. I walked in to find several people upset with how long their wait times were. It was not busy at all, maybe one table had people sitting at it. There was a young lady asking about her order, she was told that they were not going to answer any more questions about it. After about 10 minutes, they finally had her order ready. The guy in front of me had placed his order before I walked in, but said he had been waiting 25 minutes. The two in front of him said they had been waiting 40 minutes. It took over 10 minutes before anybody took my order (again, just for a kids hamburger meal) and a wait time of near 30 minutes. Our food was cold to boot. The location was filthy, the workers had bad attitudes, and they deliberately took forever to get orders out. In my over 40 minutes of being there, they only served 4 groups (in addition to the ones above, a DoorDash guy came in and had to wait almost 25 minutes). I will never visit the Valley, AL location again."

"last time i came the girl at the drive thru was upset i’m guessing or didn’t want to be there she handed me my food and it was awkward she didn’t say have a good night or anything. then this morning as the guy handing me my food he walks off doing something else mid me talking to him and asking him if i can get grape jelly. they are very rude. do better burger king."

"Meat was RAW inside. Not fully cooked!!! And they gave me a hassle as I was trying to replace the order for my inconvenience!! I never got anything replaced and they acted as if they didn't care about us getting sick !!! I do not recommend Burger King in Valley to anyone!!!!"
