"First I would like to say the girl who took our money tonight was so sweet and just in our short interaction she was very upbeat and welcoming. If I could rate her it would be five stars. However, we ordered two McFlurrys and they were literally a small cup of ice cream with a little bit of Oreos on top. I paid almost $9 for them and it was disappointing to say the least."
"Not sure who Stephanie is, but she’s extremely rude. I was waiting in line for my order to be called, she was EXTREMELY rude to an older lady asking for a packet or sugar. Also they don’t take orders in store, they make customers use the kiosk. It’s difficult for some older customers to operate. Every time I come here I always get attitude!"
