"I drove to the drive thru and I was trying to place the order. I’m aware it’s hard to hear over the speaker so I said Turkey for her 3 times. She smarted off “tea does not come on sandwiches “ I replied I didn’t say Tea I said Turkey. She replied well you won’t be getting served here. I went in and told her I understood it was hard to hear over the speakers, but she didn’t have to talk down to me with an attitude. She said it’s always something. I said yeah cause of your attitude. I work as a Manager in customer service. She will make you lose more than just me as a customer. It happened today at 3 o clock. She refused to give me her name."

"The attention is lousy from the two women who work the night shift. I have never felt so badly treated. I have been disrespected in an establishment. My food was thrown out and served reluctantly and they are racitas. I have always been a recurring user of Subway I have a week in this city and this is the one that is closest to me, unfortunately I will not be able to continue enjoying the food franchise"

"Terrible customer service. Yelling, cussing at, and threatening customers. Sloppy presentation of food (picture below) Refused to refund missing items. Too uneducated in company policy to inform customers of how to obtain a refund for a product that was PAID for but not available. Needs a whole revamp of staff."
