"Tables were dirty even though the place was completely empty , staff was uninviting and nonchalant , drink machine doesn’t work for fountain drinks , and we dined in and they wanted to charge us for cheese and red pepper flakes because they don’t offer them for dine on patrons anymore !!! overall Pizza Hut for my family is a very nostalgic place but this particular location is awful , hire better staff !"
"Worst management ever. Can't call to inform pick up customers that there's a whole freaking PARADE blocking their building so customers wont be able to pick up their pizzas. My husband has been driving around a detour for an hour because of it and we live 2 minutes away. We come here all the time and probably never will again. I called to complain and management said there was "nothing they can do about a parade". Well, you have everyone's information and you could've contacted everyone... Given people a choice to get food elsewhere. But I suppose that's why you're just the manager of pizza hut. Good luck running a real business. Thanks for nothing."
"I was very disappointed with the quality of my pizza it had little to no sauce very dry I barely ate 2 slices. I was going to just throw it away and just never go back there again but being a former district manager I felt the store manager needed to know the quality of food being served. Because if sales are dropping this could be one of the issues so I'm taking it back to the store later today not looking for anything in return but just so they know this could be a present or future issue if not handled appropriately."
"I ordered the pepperoni lover pizza and got a regular pepperoni pizza. If I didn't stay so far away I would of took it back. What a rip-off."
