"These people are thieves. I feel like we got robbed today. My husband came in there for an emergency, he was mislead into thinking they would solve the problem after xrays etc.. 450$ down the drain, which is unacceptable, Only for a RX. I work in the Healthcare field. This was nothing but a money grab. We have a dentist and know exactly what the problem is and expressed that. Our dentist was unavailable today so we came here. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST AND ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY!!!! BEWARE!!! ***Responding to their response** The tone of this response coupled with this business willingness to suggest that my husband's experience and dissatisfaction with their service is a flat out lie, is all any prospective customer need to see."

"Great crew! I had an emergency that I was turned away at another dental office because they said that due to my insurance company being closed for the holiday they couldn’t verify my information. After traveling 45 minutes to get there I was told that. So, my wife got on the phone and made some calls around and she was able to get in touch with Bright smiled in Lawrencville and they were able to help me even though it was last minute. The entire office and crew was very polite, professional, and friendly. I would recommend them."
