"The front desk didn't know if I was new or if I had an appointment because they were not in the front desk when I came in. And the appointment time was twenty minutes late. The hygienist was great she explained all of the things she did and what I would have to do to help make sure I was able to keep up with keeping up with my progress ."

"Worst experience ever. I went in as a new patient for a cleaning and x-rays. Mind you, I have been getting two cleanings a year for the past 20 years yet when I go to Coast dental all of a sudden they tell me I need a deep cleaning which has to be paid out of pocket. That was the red flag I did not listen to. In addition to the cleaning they try to charge you extra for mouthwash, toothpaste and anything they can to get you to pay extra. They then proceed to tell me that I have two chipped teeth that need crowns, which would also have to be paid out of pocket until my insurance kicked in. They did not request filling the crack in to save the tooth as my other dentist had in the past. I made the mistake of paying over $2,000 out of pocket for a crown. During this procedure I think they were trying to save on novocaine because she had to give me about six injections to numb my mouth. not only that but my tongue was drilled in the process. This was very painful as I could not eat or drink anything the whole weekend. once the crown came in weeks later it didn't fit so it had to be sent back which made me have to go another 4 weeks where I could not eat on that side for fear that the temporary would break. When it did come in it still was not correct and I had to go back to have them drill it down. The dentist then tried to drill the tooth that was above it and I told her do not touch my tooth that has nothing to do with the crown. On top of this now I am getting a bill after I paid in full, after leaving multiple messages they will not even call me back to discuss the bill. The crown is still ill-fitted and I don't even want to eat on that side of my mouth. They are very nice making the appointment but try to have them call you back and you will get no response."

They showed patience during the entire process, took the time to explain each step and even discussed the financial aspect of things. Small details will keep me coming back, a slight touch on the arm when I was so tense that I was almost off the chair (thanks Norma) or a quick pause upon shown discomfort (thanks Dr. John).
