"If selecting zero stars were an option, I would have done so. This practice is only about money. They consider confirming an appointment as leaving a message. This is not confirming. They said that they "confirmed" an appointment for my 18 year daughter who is in college 2 hours away, which would have never happened. Because she doesn't live in this area during college times, of course she didn't show up and because they want to drain as much money as possible from you, they sent a bill of $100 for missed appointment. And furthermore, they have a waiting list for cancellations or no-shows, so they make sure to get as much as possible out of people. My younger daughter had found out the day before an Ortho appointment was made, that if she missed any part of school, she would not be able to exempt her exams. I called to explain, thinking surely these people are understanding since this is something we just found out, but NO! They said if you don't come, you will be charged a no-show fee, even though I am telling you the day before, and oh yeah..You remember that No-Show list they had?? Yeah, they planned to get my money, and someone else's. Thank goodness, the dentist I go to now, understands that things come up and happen last minute, and they don't penalize me for that. They definitely charge more than most dental/Orthodontists practices but if you never have situations come up such as an illness, or your child's school policies never change, this practice may work for your. But for the rest of the real world, do not waste your money on this dental/orthodontist practice that is run out of greed for money. No doubt, you will 100% get a No-Show $100 fee at some point, because the office staff "confirms" appointments themselves, without actually confirming with the parent/patient. Just mad at myself, for not leaving this place years ago."

"I have been bringing my 3 children to Dr Jill for the last 2 years. She is wonderful explaining everything so patiently and in detail. She is involved with the cleaning process, X-rays and full on care of treatment. My daughter was scheduled to have braces placed on by the orthodontist in 2 days. I realized her 6 month dental cleaning and X-rays were scheduled the following month . I called Dr Jill Lyew asking if she could fit her in last minute before her braces were placed. She went out of way to get her in immediately to check her teeth, take X-rays and clean them before our scheduled orthodontist appt. A wonderful dentist that I would highly recommend!"

"I had the pleasure of taking my youngest daughter to this office for her first dentist appointment. I have 3 daughters and my oldest is 12. I have tried many many different dentists and this is by far the best experience we have ever had. Their entire staff was awesome. They are professional and great with children. Dr. Jill took her time and explained every option we had available. She was extremely attentive and kind. I could go on and on but I will stop here. Obviously, I highly recommend them.:-)"
