"Truly the sweetest staff at any healthcare office I’ve ever been to! From the front desk up to the dentist, everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and puts customer service first. Everything is thoroughly explained and they are always making sure you are comfortable and understand the procedures and pricing for everything. Also, when you make an appt, they don’t have you waiting around for a long time. I’m always seen within 5 or so mins of my appt time so there is very minimal waiting. And if you had multiple appointments made for various procedures, they will try and fit in what they can at one appt to prevent you from having to come back multiple times. They never pressure you to do anything but they always explain your options. The office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely check them out for your dental needs!"

The lady I spoke with when making the appointment was extremely pleasant. Initially, they offered me a date two weeks from now, but she assured me that she would contact me if an earlier slot became available due to a cancellation. As promised, I received a call the following day and they were able to accommodate me the next day. Upon entering the office, I was impressed by its cleanliness. They have a refrigerator in the waiting area stocked with water! Not something you see every day. Melissa, my dental assistant, was delightful and had a great sense of humor. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, considering it had been a while since my last dental visit. Later, I met Dr. Patel, who was truly amazing. He took the time to explain everything, ensuring that I understood my situation and the recommended treatment. This practice truly deserves a five-star rating."
