"The staff and hygentists were great, and Dr. Henry could probably take a page from their book. My 1 star rating is because of Dr. Henry herself. She was abrupt and rude on both of the 2 check ups my child had here. This last visit, she spent all of 1 minute with my child. Even, after waiting and watching her spend a good 20 minutes with the child before us. As you can imagine, waiting 20 minutes with a 3 year old, who has been promised a prize upon leaving, feels like an eternity. Even the assistant noticed how long we were waiting, and reminded Dr. Henry we were waiting. There was no apology when she finally arrived, she just poked around at my child's teeth -- not explaining to my bewildered 3 year old or myself what she was doing or looking for -- and said "See ya in 6 months! No cavities!". Then, she was gone in a flash, without asking if I had any questions or concerns. Never. going. back."
