"Please, Please go elsewhere if you are able. I wish I would have read these reviews before trusting them with my health needs......I am out of medicine and have plenty of refills and they refused to give me what I needed. I ordered a week ahead of time and showed that to the cashier and yet they will not let me have it. It's insulin people, nothing serious nor a controlled substance. My doctors office kept me on hold while they called several times and no one at the pharmacy picked up. I have 11 other medicines as well that I pay full price for all due to self employed and no health insurance. I moved from Collins Road Pharmacy due to a move on Lem Turner Road and regret giving Lem Turner my hard earned money out of my pocket, not government granted money. Collins Road was phenomenal and have been missed every time I visit this Pharmacy. I should not be going without medicine because certain people do not like to be proven wrong with order for medicine was proven to be pre-ordered a week earlier from online. I am going to try the RiverCity Walmart Pharmacy now since they are close to me and if they do not have their stuff together like this one then I am absolutely making the drive to Collins for great customer care! Since it's only my health that is on the line this Pharmacy has proven to not care about my health for whatever their reason and my life depends on this medicine. I have been patient and patient and patient for months but now I'm out and done with people who doesn't care about my health when I have money in hand and pre-ordered a week ahead of time. I've tried to transfer other multiple prescriptions for a month now from the Winn Dixie Closedown and still told today 11-4 that there is still nothing available for me to pick-up but my phone texts prove otherwise by showing they are ready to be picked up......smh......I rarely do this but my health is at stake so I'm making the time to let others know who care about their own health to pay attention to what they are getting into when dealing with such a slow, unhelpful Pharmacy."

"This pharmacy needs to either shut down or do a redue why is it that u come when it opens and u r their for hours today was the last straw for me got their at 10 didn't leave their until 130 they are very unorganized if you drop ya prescription off it n takes over a hour and they don't even have a line to pick up this line be unbelievably long. Phone service sucks they will pick up n have u on hold for ever to the point u hang up n go into the store no good I give it zero stars"

"not only was I at both the pick up and drop off desks for at least 20 minutes apiece, but I dropped off a physical prescription for doxycycline hectate and told the pharmacist I needed that antibiotic filled because I have pneumonia . I walked around the store for about 20 minutes & went to the desk when they sent me a text showing they filled the right prescription on that day & it was ready for pick up, but when I went to the pick up desk and told the pharmacy tech I was there for my antibiotics they gave me an older prescription that had been sent in for a birth control pill that I didn’t want to take. The pharmacist also did not inform me it was a birth control pill and not the anabiotic I had requested. This has resulted in my pneumonia getting worse & my hormones being unstable causing a myriad of both physical & mental health issues. The lady who did my check out was also very impatient & seemed uninterested in making sure I was provided decent customer service or the right medication for an illness that could cause permanent lung damage or even put me in the ICU. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years & this will be my last time giving Lem Turner Walmart Pharmacy my business. I’m gladly going to switch all my prescriptions over to another pharmacy. Please hire better, more thorough employees who actually care about their patients & their health before y’all end up with a lawsuit for damaging someone’s health."

"If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would. They are unprofessional, rude, and customer service sucks. They send the wrong medication out to you. It takes forever to get someone on the phone. And when they do pick up, the conversation is very unpleasant. When they screw up no one apologizes, it’s just like oh well. They need to revamp the entire department!! I’m sick of complaining so I moved all my medicine elsewhere."
