"David is very rude and they need to be investigated. In October my daughter picked up my meds and it was short, I called and they said it was on my end. So I picked up in November, no problem. Now I picked today December and I'm short. So David tells me they are double counted, it's right, take my business somewhere else and then hang up. I have been dealing with them about 8yrs. I can't say anything bad until now. I count my meds if someone else pick them up. So now I will apologize to my daughter."

"Not sure how this place is in business, and hopefully the crooks won't be for very long. They filled my wife's prescription for the total 30, but were short 13 pills and told her to return later in the week for the remainder of her pills. When she returned she was met with attitude and was told they would refund her money and if she returned they would call the police. The lady working must have a drug problem and is taking customers pills by claiming they are short yet fill the prescription. We will be contacting our attorney, as well as the better business bureau. After reading other reviews I would not recommend anyone doing business with Premier Pharmacy."

"I thought going to a private pharmacy would be a good idea for me. It was and still is best for me. One owner must have been having a very rough week . They really are nice, professional, and efficient, and I will continue to use Premier Pharmacy. Thank you for your professionalism."

"Never had a problem until today. They deleted my refills from their system. When i pointed out their mess up, they told me to leave after giving me the wron Rx. Horrible customer service, I hope yall see this I dont care"

"We live 4 houses away from Premier. As a resident I like to promote local businesses. BUT they must earn it. I don't put out false witness. We've patronized this business for about 4 years. Until just last week I thought they were great. I especially liked and respected the pharmacist. Last week I went to purchase a product and was told by a young gentleman with black hair behind the counter that they did not have it. After finding the product myself, I was overcharged 30$. A 540 item for 3540. When confronted ( with receipt), it was quite obvious the $sign was mistaken for a 3. Understandable. I just wanted a wrong made right. I was felt to feel like a liar. Now today I go in unexpectedly from a short stroll. An unknown man refused my entrance because of my 13lb dog. I told him that he always accompanies me and that he was registered a service dog. He then told me in a very sarcastic, demeaning way to move on. I don't believe he realizes that that is illegal. Needless to say, they have lost an excellent customer ( one who spends a lot of money and is honest. I'm hurt, but I'll get over it. I'll try REAL hard to not wish a disability on the ignorant man."
