"I ordered a medium rare steak. It came out well done. I sent it back as it was to dry to eat. It came back raw. I mean not warm in the middle raw. I sent it back. It finally came out perfect. My family was already done eating and instead of making my side of potatoes fresh so atleast I could eat a fresh meal they didn't offer it. The service was slow and I believe it started out wrong due to the waitress. They comped my meal as they should have but I felt it was handled wrong and the only thing not cold was the steak the 3rd time. I've been to this Applebee's several times but this was the worst service and food I've been served. The orders were backed up and slow for everyone to begin with. If they had a zero I'd give my recent experience a 0"

"Girlfriend loves a dish that they serve here. I've since been to plenty of Applebee's and the food was good but the service was always horrible. This one got 5 stars on all levels. It's about time, I hate to see a place shooting itself in the foot all the time. Special thanks to the waitress for being very attentive and the food was fast and perfectly done."

"My family usually enjoys going to Applebee’s but today our service was terrible. A server came by when the hostess was seating us to complain about having five minutes of work left and our she didn’t think she would make that long. Then our sever came by and took our order and wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t check on us so when we needed napkins and our drinks to be refilled we were out of luck. My son and granddaughter wanted dessert when she brought them out our dinner plates were still on our table instead of clearing our table before she brought out our dessert she just sat them on our dirty dishes. I could understand this service if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t. I hope in the future our service will be better."
