"I have eaten here a handful of times over the years, but this was the first time I'd ordered my food delivered and they forgot the main ingredient in my pokebowl. I received a $17 bowl of rice and cucumbers instead. How does one forget the main ingredient?"
"I've never had the Poke so I can't speak on it, but I love their miso ramen. The broth has a slightly sweet flavor that is sooo good. The drinks are also super fun and always good, I love getting boba from here."
"Food was good with many options to choose from. Got a cute little boba plushy while I was there, so that’s always a plus!"
"My husband and I have been eating here since it opened. Today was the last time. We both had the pokeyaki trays. His was pretty much pot roast, about 8 little pieces of meat on mushy cabbage and onions. I had teriyaki chicken on the same mushy veggies. Wasted money."
"**Under cooked chicken** My daughter has always loved this place. We stopped in today for lunch while we waited for the chiropractors at the Joint next door to come back from lunch. My daughter and I both ordered the teriyaki chicken with steamed rice. While we were waiting (a very, very long time), I noticed the Food department score was an 88 B, and I mentioned it to her. She said, if she remembered correctly, it was due to the raw food used in their poki dishes. We decided we weren't worried, we ordered the chicken and surely it would be cooked thoroughly. It was kind of ironic that we literally had this conversation a few minutes before getting our food, and both realizing some of the larger chunks of chicken were still raw. Unfortunately, we had both already eaten several pieces before we realized it, both of us felt like the chicken we ate seemed raw as we were chewing. I inspected several pieces of hers, then mine, and we decided we would just take it home to finish cooking the rest before we finished eating. I discreetly told the young lady at the counter that the chicken was undercooked, and she apologized. I took a picture of one of the pieces, just in case one or both of us felt sick later. I decided to check the reviews on here to see if it was maybe a one-off or if this is an ongoing problem, and unfortunately, I have read several others within the last few months who have had the same experience. One review was from less than a month ago. I'm leaving this review in hopes that the owner/manager will be proactive in nipping this in the bud before more people become ill due to improper meat handling and undercooked food. This is a lovely little restaurant, and our family has been coming here for years, as it is my daughter's favorite place to eat."
