"I love Zaxby’s and eat there any chance I get. I haven’t had it in a while and was kinda disappointed that my group order was wrong. I received boneless wings instead of traditional wings. When we got our fries they were very cold. Also the drink machine was out of many drink flavors. The customer service wasn’t terrible but wasn’t the greatest either."

When I pulled around to the window this lovely lovely young lady named GRACE helped me with my order1 She said it would be a little longer due to the amount of food I got for my family and apologized multiple times even tho it was not her fault!!
