Ruby Tuesday 47 Highland Crossing, East Ellijay, GA 30540

"Gonna start this review by saying I do enjoy all my Ruby Tuesday's experiences because I order the food that ain't a specialty at another restaurant. Salad bar is top notch and so are their burgers. But unfortunately this evening I went with my mother and the food was very subpar. My mother ordered a "steak", if you can call it that. I know that if a "steak" was needed for dinner longhorns should have been went too. But we tried it out. Don't order a "steak" from Ruby Tuesday's. The "steak" that came out looked like it was pulled from a cat back strap and thrown on the grill. Medium rare, not. It looked like a pork chop. Not recommended. The waiter was cool as heck so that is always a bonus but don't order a "steak" from Ruby Tuesday's. So salad bar all the way and a couple margs is the way to go. But Ruby Tuesday's calling their 8oz "steak" is laughable. And 12 bucks for 6 medium sized boneless is also a joke. Laughable. Once again, waiter was very cool but the food that was ordered last night was extremely laughable and 50 bucks for two people, yeah not worth it. 8oz "steak" that was over cooked. Hahahaha."

"Went in with family over the weekend and had an excellent experience. Our server was super sweet and very patient. Our meals came out great and within an impressive time for the amount of people there. Will definitely return!"

"We had a horrible time! When we first arrived the hostess quickly wiped down a table to seat us, she never dried the booth when she wiped it and we end up soaking our pants on a wet seat. Then the salad bar was far from good! The entire bar was putrid. The tomatoes had black spot on them and when my husband said something about this, they just rinsed them and put them out again with the same issues. When we received our entires, our food was not at all what was in the menu. Our daughter’s Philly cheesesteak was burnt and dry, my steak was supposed to be a 12oz, I was brought something that looked like it was cooked at a Waffle House , it was so thin. My husband’s ribs were also very burnt. We ended up getting our food to go, I’ve called several time to have my money refunded and can’t get the area manager to respond and the staff couldn’t assist us either. I advise not to go there!"

"It is always a delight to go to Ruby Tuesdays when we are in Ellijay. Our server Kristina was an absolute delight! She was always a pleasure and was doing a great job floating through the customers. The burger is always great as well as their salad bar. We are never disappointed with any of our choices. It is always a great time and a great meal. I thank you! Great job, Kristina! Keep up the great work!"

"We went here for lunch. Ranch dressing on salad bar was super thin. Not very good. I even asked the waitress if they had other ranch dressing, which was a no. Other food was good but average."
