"My mother is deaf with a cochlear implant and couldn’t hear through the speaker very good. She very clearly said what she wanted and when we got to the window she realized she was missing food. She explained what was missing and offered to pay the difference. The cashier got and attitude was very aggressive with me and my mother and we asked for a manager who also was very rude and volatile, we offered to pay as we just wanted out drink and other meal and they wouldn’t take it. We ended up just leaving at that point. We said sorry and explained the how my mother was deaf. I thought the restaurant was called “bojangles” not “dicks”"

"Sadly this Bojangles is not been up to par for quite some time now. But that's the same for every restaurant in Jasper. Do not expect them to listen when you have specific orders unless they know who you are because you will just be frustrated. I am a local and I have to go inside nearly every single time just to make sure they get my order correct. When you use the drive-thru you have maybe a 50/50 shot. You'd be better off going to another one of the biscuit places in town to be honest with you it's just really not worth it just spend your hard-earned money there on food the subpar and service that is even worse."
