Little Caesars Pizza

"The worst experience at Little Caesars I’ve ever have. I ordered online so there would be no way to get the order wrong. I was wrong! I should have looked at my pizzas before I left the store. they use to always open it up and show you your order before you leave but not this time. Get home and found two pizzas of the 4 we ordered were completely wrong. One was missing sauce and meat, the other was not even close. I’m already a bit pissed. Call the number and a girl answers. I tell her what happened with our order and her exact words were “what do you want me to do?” Before I told her exactly what she could do, my wife took the phone from me so she could talk to them. My wife told her, you can get your manager, that’s what you can do. She said her manager was busy. My wife told her, get your manager to help me because that’s her job. Manager gets on the phone and barely speaks English. After 10 mins on the phone with her, she eventually asked us to come back to the store. We live almost 20 mins away. Eventually she said we can come next week to get a correct order. If this is how they do business, they are going to be out of business soon! This will be our last visit to Little Caesar’s in Jasper. What a terrible establishment."

"How did I get charged 950 for a 555 pepperoni hot and ready and 1 buttery garlic sauce? And I call them and they spoke English until I asked them why it was so expensive then the lady just says pepperoni hamburger then hangs up on me? Jasper sucks... and that's my first time eating a soggy pizza..."

"I don’t have high expectations for a little Caesar’s.. but this one is the worst. They never have anything hot and ready, and the store is gross on the inside. The poor kid working inside the store was doing his best to keep things going. After walking in I immediately noticed that the large screens that normally display the menu were not working. The kid behind the counter said the menu screens had been broken for about a month, and that the owner never came to fix them. I was told if I wanted to see the menu, to just look on my phone. After talking with other customers in the store, it seems that the owner rarely comes around and obviously doesn’t care about the appearance of the store. All of the employees wearing sweat pants and making pizzas with no gloves. Watched the employees handle money and then go right back to making pizzas without stopping to wash their hands. This little Caesar’s Will definitely be closing up shop again very soon if they continue down this road.."

"Ultimate Supreme, huh? More like Ultimate Fail. Who makes a pizza like this? Oh, that’s right… Pickens County, Georgia does. What a joke! I’ve ordered an Ultimate Supreme from this location twice previously. On each occasion, they forgot to put Italian sausage on top. This time, they included the sausage but… look at it… How hard is it to make a decent pizza? I’m done with this Little Caesar’s. Ya’ll can have it."

"Did our best to eat what we could. (Don't like waste) but this is the first time the whole center of a pizza was completely soggy. Literally soaked bread. There was only one cheese and one pep ready, I wanted a hot and ready which cost me almost nine bucks for one. If you're going out for pizza, save your money and head down the street or see if they change it up. Hopefully it was just apathy on the employee end."
