Domino's Pizza

"Everytime we order from here it’s a bad experience. Last time it took over 2 hours (when it said it would be 45 mins) and when I called to cancel order they said I couldn’t and it would be on way shortly. (This was a year ago) I emailed corporate but heard nothing. This time they delivered to an address 10 mins away from our house and we had to drive to go pick it up ourselves. Why should we pay for a delivery fee when we are having to drive FARTHER to pick up our order. I called the store to let them know and they didn’t try anything to fix problem. Just said ‘thanks for letting us know’ we will not be ordering from here again."

"I’m updating my review due to the new management and the horrible service I received again. Dominoes canceled two of my orders without explanation and a week or so before that told me I had to come get my delivery. Aug 3 they delivered a cold pizza 2 hours after my order and I was told by management they put on my account I was owed a free pizza. I called tonight and was told no such info was on my account and that they could not help me. I will never order from this place again even with this new management I never wanted to see a business shut the doors but this place deserves it. You can’t even honor a free pizza deal made by management for a bad order because they didn’t do what they said they would and put it on my account. Do waste your time with Jasper dominoes the new management is following the same downhill path. I own a business and have managed for years this is not how you treat customers. You honor what you say and fix the mistakes made. If you can’t fix mistakes or treat customers correctly you will not make it."

"The food is pretty good but there’s never any drivers available by the time I get off of work, so my orders are usually canceled. I’ve had 50/50 experiences with customer service. Lately they’ve been kind and apologetic but it’s not always that way."

"I did an online order on the 22nd of August,placed at 5:12p.m. ,then received a phone call an hour and three minutes later,just for the unprofessional manager (Andy) to tell me that he was just going to cancel my order because he didn't have any drivers for the evening. He didn't give me the opportunity to even come get it before he canceled my order. So I had to leave work to go to dominos and then Andy wanted me to pay full price for cold pizza that had been sitting on the shelf for almost two hours. Andy was very rude and unprofessional. The way he treated me as a customer, was very ridiculous. I still haven't received my refund yet. He refuses to do anything about it. He called me today to tell me,that my opinion didn't even matter and that there's nothing else he could do. He has no respect for his customers nor his employees. I tried asking for information on how to get in touch with someone higher up in the chain. He refuses to give me information and then gives me false information. Also I know the phones are probably being recorded,so someone needs to take the time and listen on how Andy is treating his customers, he is very rude and disgusting to speak with. VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!"
