Sonic Drive-In

"didn’t even get to order any food so we can’t leave a review on that. the young girl (17-20) was so incredibly rude it left me & my husband shocked as we left. we pushed the button to order & the light went out so he pushed it again. she then shouted at us & said “if you give me a minute i was literally on my way” then slammed her piece of paper on the screen to take our order, as if she couldn’t be bothered to take our order. the manager (im assuming) wouldn’t have been of any better help since she was too busy smoking her cigarette in the eating area, sitting at the round table. are these the type of people who expect a tip at the end of their “service”? yikes."

"Food has gotten better at this location. However service and efficiency has not. The order of car in front was messed up which caused a domino effect. By the time we got to the window tickets had been thrown in the trash so they had no idea who was next, what our order was, or how much. Guy at the window proceeds to explain everything in detail, maybe to much detail, while arguing with the crew that he was not going through trash for tickets. Meanwhile I see my milkshake setting on the counter melting (mid August in GA upper90's). The rest of our order tasted ok, milkshake wasn't worth it by time I got it not even trying to stir it up. I felt sorry for everyone else in line behind us because I saw more drinks and shakes lining up."

"This was the worst food ever! The fries weren't even eatable. Chicken sandwich is probably going in the garbage. I also had a double cheeseburger that I ate and now feel ill. Place is just disgusting. Oh and they had no ice. This place needs to be shut down. If I want to waste 20 bucks I'll go elsewhere. People work hard for their money and I don't care that it's fast food it should still be good enough to eat and not get sick."

"This had to be the worst experience at a Sonic ever! Waited for about two minutes before I was asked to “hold on “ from the drive thru attendant. I ordered two toaster combos and a breakfast burrito combo. I was told I couldn’t order small combos they had to be medium or larger. Pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutes before the cashier took my debit card. And another 3-4 before I got it back. It was apparent loud music was playing In the background and it wasn’t family appropriate because of language. I made the mistake of not checking my food until I got home. The tater tots were fried in old, burnt oil and the toast was also burnt. The breakfast burrito was NOT WORTH IT... it was smaller than the sausage burrito from McDonald’s. I immediately drove back for a refund. The manager seemed oblivious and had a fake friendly attitude. It didn’t seem like he cared that his store was a wreck and they had put out horrible quality product. The outside appearance is rough and unkept. I should have seen the outside would reflect the food quality and overall value. I will not be back to this Sonic until changes are made to management and staff."
