"This location makes everyone pull up to a numbered spot as soon as you get to the window, then they take forever to bring out your food. They said they do it to "keep their times up". So basically they're slow but manipulating the system to make themselves look fast."
"I've tried going to this McDonald's twice now on Saturdays around 2-3 AM (work schedule), and both times were terrible. The first time 2 weeks ago, their CC machine was down. This past Saturday, I was advised at the drive through that they were starting breakfast early. I was totally fine with that and ordered a sausage biscuit and a chicken biscuit. I get to the window for the guy to tell me they have absolutely nothing prepared. He said I could wait 4 minutes for a McGriddle... I looked at him in disbelief and asked "there is not one item I can get that is already prepared?" He just said no, so I asked if either of my biscuits would be ready in 4 minutes if I waited, and he said no, just McGriddles. I was honestly at a loss for words. Definitely do not waste your time at this McDonald's."

"My friends and I stopped here very early last Monday morning, January 29th, at around 5am. We were completely ignored for a good 15 minutes. One lady would walk by several times and glanced at us, but made no attempt to speak or take our order. I had used my App, and had already payed for my food. I even yelled out, “Is anyone there? Are you open?” Eventually, a woman looked at my preordered food and informed me they “had no eggs cooked”. We were in a hurry, because we had a plane to catch, so I said to just leave the egg off my sandwich. I wound up getting a cheaper sandwich with no apology, no refund, complete unfriendliness of staff. Another guy came in while we were there and actually just walked out. We all decided this was the absolute worst service we had ever gotten at a McDonald’s."
