"My friend and I tried to come eat here last week because they have her favorite quesadilla here. We looked up the hours, and google stated that they closed at 10pm. I want to note that it wasn't a special holiday or anything - simply a Thursday night. However, when we got to the restaurant at around 7:50pm, we were told by one of the waitstaff that they were actually closing at 8pm instead of 10pm. There was no signage on the doors or anything online indicating that they would be closing early. I have worked in food service before, so I understand that places can be understaffed or have issues come up that cause early closures. It just felt strange that we were turned away at the door with no explanation. There were a few people seated in the restaurant eating, so maybe we just came at the wrong time. Regardless, I can't really give any more than one star for this review, as I wasn't able to experience the food, service, or atmosphere."

"So, the atmosphere was fine and the servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu... Should have paid attention to that nagging internal voice that noticed "not very busy in here, that's strange - oh well, I'm starving, let's eat." From the start, the food was bound to disappoint. I'd been excited to try something that few places serve here in SE TN: oysters on the half shell. I didn't have high expectations - nice, cold, delicious oysters that were juicy and plump. Well, they vaguely resembled oysters, but with all the moisture sucked out. Like some kind of vampire oyster was going around, intentionally sucking out all signs of life, leaving a dry, gray lump on the plate. Yeah, sent those back quickly. I'd ordered a simple meal of hamburger steak. It also arrived grey, dry, and practically tasteless. There was no gravy with it (strange, but ok) and they didn't even offer mashed potatoes (wow, these people don't know what they're doing at all. Only twice in my 50+ years have I not finished the majority of a meal, and this was one of those times. Sad, as I really wanted to have liked this place."

"Tried the loaded fries, Mac and cheese, fried pickle chicken sandwich and traditional wings with half dry rub and half double dipped! Everything was great and the tables were roomy. Service was kind."

"We dined on the patio. The wait staff was very tentative. My drink and my spouse's never ran out. The fried picked as an appetizer never disappoints. Perfect amount of breading to pickel ratio. Also their new fried pickel and chicken sandwich is amazing. Thank you Haley for your service."

"We really like Jefferson’s- which is a surprise really. We went to the one that used to be in Chattanooga and it was terrible - I won’t even go into it. This one has friendly servers, good wings, etc."
