"Told me I could no longer order cravings boxes except through mobile order. I had to pull off and download the app just to order what I needed to order for my parents. I live near this location. I get all the way to my parent's house near East Ridge and they didn't even have all of her order in the effing bag. So I called. "oh we'll replace that missing food" that doesn't account for my time or gas when I already wasted 10+ minutes downloading the app, activating my account, ordering what they wanted, and then had to wait in the Drive-thru alllll over again. And now I have to go all the way there and all the way back to my parents house?? You guys are incompetent. I've worked plenty of retail and fast food. It's not that difficult especially when you're fully staffed, which you had plenty of people in there."
"As a delivery person. I shouldn't have to wait 30+ minutes for a order!!!!! Had to get attention from a person in back to even get help! Time is money!!! And I got yelled at by customer because they didn't give him sauce he asked for. Give me a break. Line out the door and waiting for ever."
"I absolutely love the new ordering machines. You can take your time, order for yourself, and make sure everything is correct. You can also browse by category and the customization options aren't overwhelming. The food came out soooo hot I actually had to let my burritos cool. Excellent service. The bathroom was clean to which is surprising considering Taco Bell's traditional reputation for being cheap and nasty. We stopped her for a dinner break during a trip and plan on stopping here again on the way back it was so good."
"They where disrespectful people up their tonight I went up their to order food and the lady that was at the window was very rude. And then when I got home I had tried my drink and it was terrible I ask for half lemonad and half sweet tea she gave me half lemonade and half of some soda that she mixed with it. So for one she was straight up rude from the start two she had an attitude. I will not be going back and I advice people not to either."
