"Went to get my naturalization certificate. There was a line when I got there which is fine. I understand security guards have to check you before going inside the building. Once I got in 3 of the officers were giving out papers for the people becoming a citizen to sign and check all details were correct. One of them made a comment saying “he’s name must be hella long” I find it super disrespectful, because we want all our information to be 100% correct, the gentleman didn’t even take more than 3 minutes but they were so rude and disrespectful about it. Do better, you in a way work customer service, people have feelings, people understand what you’re saying."
"Extreme unprofessional behaviour and abuse by the security guards at the metal detector area. The conduct was completely shocking. Once this was done , the check in and upstairs was completely professional and how you expect it to be. I encourage everybody who experienced abusive and demeaning behaviour from security people at the entrance to file complaints regarding this matter. The high school bullying and taking shots at people in discriminating and offensive manner is against every employment policy. USCIS who employs this security company or as direct employee must be aware of extreme abuse that is happening downstairs ."
"Worst staff .. most poor time management I’ve ever seen in US you have to wait almost 2 hours after your actual appointment time .. this is how they represent US here .. please take another office if you have option. Or else for this one manage 3-4 hours for your 10 mins interview. It’s not over crowded and not that much waiting line is there but the staff doesn’t wants to do their work on time."
"Extremely rude customer service ever. Specifically downstairs window 10. From my understanding there should be a huge staff member changes for better serving peoples. My need was only 5 minutes to submit the document that’s it. I was standing for 25 minutes right in front of her. And she was talking with her colleague and laughing with each other. I wish I could see a manager or any supervisor to share this. Absolutely ridiculous service. USCIS Need better and professional management."
"Excellent service….Interview at 8:05am, Oath Ceremony at 11:30am….Yes got the nice surprise of doing everything the same day. Thank God I was prepared for anything, truly grateful for that…..The staff very professional from the security at the door to the Officers inside. All you have to do is come prepared, arrive no more than 30 minutes before your appointment, listen and follow directions and say your silent prayers."
