"Such a great place! We’re first time pool owners and we’re a little “lost” when it came to pool maintenance. Michelle and her team were friendly and so so knowledgeable on what our current situation was, what we needed and what to “look out” for. This was so much easier than watching YouTube videos and testing 10000 test strips & hoping for the best. Now we use Leslie’s all the time and we know we’re going to get the info we need and a smart and courteous staff to help us!! Thanks Michelle!!!"

"Rude store clerk!!! Try to cover up lack of knowledge when asked any questions by being short and rude. I have traded here since this store opened. Old staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Since this staff retired the new staff has been a bad experience every time. I'll never read here again!"

"I had a horrible experience as always with this store on East West Connectior. My sister was sent to the store to test the water and my mom asked to talked to the lady that tested it to see why we might have too much cooper in the water and she said things like I don’t know it’s not my pool and I can’t trouble shoot it over the phone now can’t I. I was sitting there as she accused my mom of having a foul mouth towards her. She was beyond rude and I can’t believe she works in customer service. This is the third incident and three times your out. I will be contacting corporate."

I forgot the nane of the young man that helped me out but he convinced me to buy my new pool robot and I love it! Thanks! I forgot to mention that they are veteran friendly and I know a few of their staff members are veterans as well."
