"In June of 2022, I paid $2700+ for a replacement wall and liner. Doug Webster kept reassuring me that the delivery was on the way and then he stopped answering emails and phone calls. I went to the store and a neighboring business says Doug emptied it out in the middle of the night. And, of course, then he vanished. Doug Webster stole $2700+."

"I paid half and got an invoice. All the while the business was closing. He stole $2000 from me. I would suggest everyone get online at Better Call Harry. Fill out what happened to you so we can get Justice. Anyone who had a bad experience please go to better call Harry.. please they are thieves"

"We bought pool filtering system from Doug to put on our container pool. Had a hard time getting it installed. System will not work right and he won’t answer phone or repair it. Never show up when he says he is coming. This has happened many times. Don’t do business with the company. Wants the money but won’t do the work. We’ve lost most of the summer waiting on him. Still making calls daily and get no answer."

"Run, do not walk, RUN from this guy and Apex Pools. This really isn’t a pool builder, it’s more like a scam. The owner will sweet talk you when you first meet, but trust me, every single word out of his mouth is a lie. He’ll take your money, promise you the world, and then disappear. He’ll say yes, I’m coming, then doesn’t. This happens almost everyday. There are several really good pool builders in the area but Apex isn’t it. He’ll lie, cheat, steal, disappear, and lie some more. Steer clear. You’ll thank me later."

"Beware. No follow up, no show, poor workmanship dont tell the truth. Building a pool was the most awful experience with Apex pools. Their price is lower then their competition… But beware you get what you pay for. The pool itself is very nice, but the tile they installed in my hot tub was not what I was told about and doesn’t match my travertine. the fence was an absolute disgrace and they never responded to complaints so we had to repair on our own. And now I can’t get anyone to call me back.. They’ve destroyed personal property and I can’t get reimbursement on that either. It’s been since the end of September. They owe me money and i cant get a return call or have them fix any of the punch list."
