"For the most part, Ginger is a nice lady, however, she takes on far too many clients. She has a huge issue in keeping up with what has been agreed upon. I signed up for the monthly service and she "forgot". I had to reach out to her every time I wanted service, there was no regular maintenance. When I presented to her the texts in which I agreed to her monthly plan, she blamed having lost her phone and that I should've reminded her... laughable and unprofessional. She mentioned my vacuum needed to be fixed, that was at least 8+ months ago, I've mentioned to her on several occasions to return the vacuum and I'll pay what the cost was for repair. She agreed to return it and I still don't have it. She's full of excuses, but the fact of the matter, she needs help. She is attempting to do all of this alone and that is impossible and lends to poor business practices and forgetfulness. Ginger, please return my vacuum!!"
