"Facility is beautiful but management of the club is sub-par. They have way too many ellipticals and treadmills but don’t have enough pieces of other key equipment and enough free weights. Equipment will be broken for months before it is repaired."

"overpriced, the staff spends most of there time chatting with each other and goofing off and are too busy to answer a question or to help with a machine if you need it. also I noticed the floor is not always clean. has hair and dust all over it. I asked one of the blond staffers for help with a machine, she was doing the bench press with her bf staffer while working, so she said "read the instructions written on the machine" not much help."
