Kroger Pharmacy

"This is the worst Kroger in the area. Always understaffed. Every other Kroger can quickly and efficiently get customers in and out the store. It's always busy here. They need a better system or a new manager."

"We usually have a good experience with this pharmacy and we value the work of their employees. My complaint is small, but for someone who gives their child or adult many medications a day, it's a big deal. They never give us liquid medicine in an orange bottle with a plunger. They have been telling us for a very long time that they simply do not have them. I know I can buy them online, but it's a matter of principle. Liquid medicine in an orange bottle should come with a plunger and syringe."

"Truly confused by the negative reviews here, don't be fooled by these people, they're probably rude to begin with. Been using this pharmacy for over 2 years and have never had an issue. The staff is always nice, courteous, quick, and helpful, plus their prices are great. I couldn't ask more from a pharmacy!!!"

"Please don't come here or you will be exposed to the rudest people ever.! There are many other pharmacies to have to endure with their lack of courtesy. What a shame! Starting with the older lady in charge and the pharmacist as well. They truly need to learn to be nice and corteous!"

"I’ve filled many prescriptions here without incident but I dropped one off Thursday at noon for my son’s Friday morning surgery, and when I returned at 9:00 the next morning this pharmacy told me my insurance had declined it. Kroger had all day to call and tell me there was a problem, but did nothing. I had no time, so I took my son to surgery with no pain meds. The pharmacist was so rude and uncaring and unwilling to help when my doctor and his nurse called, they cancelled it and I filled it elsewhere while on the way home from surgery."
