"Their pharmacist ,Micheal, needs to go back to school and learn how to deal appropriately with people. I’m not even gonna call him Dr. Micheal because I highly doubt he deserves it. He literally used Google to lookup whether the medication should be kept in the fridge. He’s just a retail employee not a pharmacist. He wasn’t willing to help my mom take her shot and was very rude about it, when I told him that’s rude he was like I’m not being rude I’m just saying and wasn’t even talking to me he kept looking at his computer. Please find another pharmacist."

"I’ve used this pharmacy for 3 years. They have always been amazing. They have added staff recently who are just awful. I understand that they may be busy or having a stressful day, but there is a way to relay that to a customer. I work in customer service and was appalled at their utter lack of compassion and rudeness tonight. I don’t want to switch pharmacies because the other staff there are great. I highly recommend the head pharmacist who was working tonight to be retrained in customer service. If I wanted the attitude that I received tonight I would go to CVS. Publix pharmacy, do better at screening who you hire."

"I'm really impressed consistently by the customer service and quick accuracy of the nedication order! I've also experienced the saneccustoner service at tiger fond with a lady helping me find the right brand of a nictine product."

"The pharmacy techs are okay, but the pharmacists have been very helpful and nice. I especially really like pharmacist Emily Park. She makes sure my insurance has been applied to save money and is patient and nice over the phone as well as in person. Out of the grocery pharmacies I’ve been to, it’s hard to find a patient and nice pharmacist that goes above and beyond like Emily."

"I like that this place is very well lit and always clean, including the restrooms. Another big plus is that they always have enough checkout lanes open to handle the amount of customers they have in their store at any given time. It can be a little more pricey than shopping at a supermarket such as Walmart, but that is to be expected and can be a fair trade off at times when you don't feel like navigating a store the size of a large warehouse just to pick up some milk and bread."
