"This Suwanee location is not your typical pet store chain. They make it very personal for you - especially Tammy. A few years ago, I happend to drop by and saw Punctatus cory catfishes. They looked fantastic so I ended up buying 10 of them. They are not a common corydoras. So recently, when I wanted to add more to my tank they were so hard to find. I went back to the Suwanee location but they were out of stock. I asked if I could order them and Tammy took care of it like a breeze. I was able to get them in 2 weeks. You can order any kind of fish you're looking for and Tammy will get them for you. I also get all my tank supplies and dog stuffs whenever I drop by. I'm glad they are close to where I live."

"Don't get mystery snails unless you want your fish to get fungal parasites. It's been killing our bronze catfish off for 4 months, and his face fell off. He won't die, but the fungus won't give up. It's also infected a second bronze catfish. I hope this store doesn't kill off our fish tank full of other fish that can easily live to 12 years."

"Customer service was excellent, but the self bath is lacking. It looked nice, but some things weren't practical such as there is no door that opens to let dogs in/out so you have to pick your dog up which isn't ideal for bigger dogs (or wet ones). There is no lift like other dog baths I've used so it's hard to get to my dog’s belly. The water was too hot or too cold and hard to find a sweet spot. They have garden type nozels that spray everywhere. They need gentler nozzles. The shampoo they provide was so diluted it took a ton to get any lather. We did like the $10 price, apron they provided and the blow dryer but think we prefer our usual dog bath business for few $ more."

"I went looking for a nice clean self wash service because my dog is super huge and she’s not the type you can just lift with ease lol! But this place is pretty cool. The employees were very informative as they should be, I’ve seen some ugly reviews here also but I don’t know “shrugs” . Just try it out for yourself. Reviews are a plus when looking for good services. And that’s just what I got here!"

"We went here for the Pet Adoption, but it ended at 5pm so we missed it. However we did get to enjoy the other pets that were there. From the dogs being bathed to the swimming fish. There were kittens at this location, but the puppies would be back tomorrow with the Pet Adoption crew. This place has pet calendars, cards, treats, bedding, toys, food, so much more and my favorite pet costumes. CAYLIE was great with helping us maneuver through the store and answering our questions about the Pet Adoptions. Great place to go pet shopping, so grab a cart and have fun."
