"Lied about insurance !!! I got a cough medication Rx from my primary. Due to supply from manufacturer, Kroger, Walmart and CVS did not have the med. The primary office told me that Yoo pharmacist had it and they would send the Rx to Yoo. I stopped by and the tech (I am not even sure if she is a certified Rx tech) told me that it was not covered by insurance. And she walked over to the pharmacist and he immediately repeated that it was not covered. THEY HAD NOT EVEN ASKED FOR MY INSURANCE INFORMATION. I told them the other pharmacies just don't have them and it was covered by the insurance. As I was walking out, the pharmacist yelled and said again, "it is not covered by insurance." I came to local Kroger pharmacy to pick up other med. I confirmed that IT WAS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE WITH COPAY OF $5. I will report them to the proper jurisdiction. Also, the space is full with junk they try to sell. Behind the counter, people have to jump over things to move around as they have so much stuff on the floor and on the counter. I would never get mine filled here."
