"This is such a fantastic pharmacy, it's nothing like my experience at any other pharmacy. I switched over to a new insurance plan this year, and with that, came a ton of headaches trying to find a nearby pharmacy where my 4+ prescriptions didn't cost an arm and a leg. After a ton of calls, misplaced prescriptions, and less than pleasant interactions with multiple big box store pharmacies, I finally bit the bullet and decided to try a smaller pharmacy. Based on the costs and closeness, Caresway won out. I called in to have my prescriptions transferred from my previous pharmacy to down here to Caresway and I genuinely did not expect the kindness and patience with which I was treated. From the moment the phone was picked up, I wasn't rushed through or brushed off, they set up my information and there was warmth and care exuding throughout the interaction. They answered my questions and even went above and beyond to make sure that my cost was confirmed and cemented before I dropped by. This surprised me, because they didn't give me the run around of "Call this or that place to find out" that I'm so used to at this point as a college student. They did their best to handle it and took such a huge weight off my shoulders. I picked up my prescription today and walking into the pharmacy I felt the same warmth I did on the phone. The interaction was brief, but so much more pleasant. I get overwhelmed easily, even just picking up my prescriptions, and walking into here I felt welcome, no massive line, no rushing workers, no deafening chatter of a big box store, just a pleasant pharmacy and a very nice pharmacist to help me out. Later, (admittedly a few minutes before closing) I called back with a question about one of my prescriptions the phone was picked up without hesitation, and with no rush, my question was answered, complete with a thorough explanation and an offer to check in with my doctor tomorrow to make sure everything is good!! I was blown away because I'm most cases I'm told to figure it out myself- And hey, maybe I do eventually after 3 million phone calls, but I'm no pharmacist and I'm definitely not a phone call guru. Being shown that consideration and care, to even just be offered some help, means so so much to me, that's what inspired me to write this review. This is so small, I didn't win the lottery or something, but it's these small interactions that matter most in my life. Improvement where I can makes a huge difference, even if it's just in my little sphere of the world, and I'm trying to learn to be happier :) If you're in between switching to this pharmacy, I'd definitely suggest it, such a wonderful change of pace from the usual duck and rush, especially if you're having a lot of the same issues as me."

"I came here for my son's antibiotic. My regular pharmacy didn't have it in stock. The setup is really nice. It has the pharmacy on the left and the IV drip bar on the right. I remember my friend telling me about this pharmacy/IV drip bar. She gets her weight loss medication from here and said it's really peaceful and private. And never feels like she is being rushed. I didn't have time for an IV drip, since I needed to get home to my son, but I definitely plan on coming back soon! The staff is super friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. They have a snack bar fully loaded with anything you could think of. It's gorgeous, immaculately clean (not the gross vibes I sometimes get going to a clinic). This place makes me feel like I'm in a spa. I will be going back and recommending this place to my friends and family"
